In this article, Heidi Wittrup Djup, Norwegian representative in the EFPA’s Standing Committee on Crisis, Disaster and Trauma, together with colleagues, has provided some advice to executives and others in service professions, especially those in the food/grocery industry. Hopefully, this can ensure that employees cope better and make them more able to endure over time. They outline what the organisation can do, what the team can do, and what the individual can do to ensure proper care and support.
