4th EFPSA Congress 2020

April 9-16, 2020 - November 21-24, 2019 - Co Mayo, Ireland

The annual EFPSA Congress is a week-long event which gathers 450 psychology students, academics and researchers from across Europe.

This will be the biggest EFPSA Congress in its long history!

The Congress is composed of a diverse scientific programme exploring a specific theme every year with contributions from students, researchers and experienced academics, and a social programme which provides participants with the opportunity for cultural and social exchange.

Thus, the EFPSA Congress is a unique opportunity for psychology students to broaden their scientific and personal horizons.

EFPTA Conference 2020

April 14-16, 2020 - Bratislava, Slovakia

The title encapsulates a theme that has gained much prominence in recent years: Psychology for every day: promoting life skills through the teaching of psychology.

The programme will feature keynote speakers and a range of workshops led by participants from many European countries, and all with a strong focus on psychology teaching for young people in schools, up to age 18-19 years.

Annual Meeting of the International Neuropsychological Society

July 1-3, 2020 - Vienna, Austria

The conference will bring together neuropsychologists from different continents who are involved in applied and scientific investigations. Keeping with a lifespan approach, speakers whose research probes the brain health and cognitive functions of children and adults have been invited.

The conference will provide an overview of cutting-edge scientific investigations as well as their clinical applications. Neuropsychologists from around the globe are invited to teach each other, to learn from each other and to have fun! The congress theme, “The Neuropsychology of Pleasure, Dreaming and Memories” highlights the neuroscience of gender differences, emotions, and dreams.

17th EARA conference

September 2-5, 2020 - Porto, Portugal

The overall theme of the conference is Adolescence in a rapidly changing world capturing the contemporaneous accelerated pace and global impact of change in adolescents’ lives.

By this theme , the organizing committee wants to address how changes in broader systems (i.e. globalization, immigration policies, climate and demographic changes, gender/work roles, technology) impact on adolescents’ developmental tasks and trajectories, as well as how adolescents, and the microsystems in which they are embedded (families, schools, peers, communities), act as agents for social and developmental transformation.

The conference aims to bridge approaches, advancing on the interdisciplinary and translational study of adolescence, and welcomes researchers and practitioners from different disciplines and around the world.

European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP)

7th EAWOP Early Career Summer School

September 14-18, 2020 - Durham, UK

The Early Career Summer School for Advanced Work and Organizational Psychology aims to foster the central issues of European W/O psychology, such as supporting European perspective in research in W/O psychology, integrating Eastern European countries in the research community of Western Europe and providing comprehensive standards for forthcoming research and guidelines for orientation in research and application.

The 7th EAWOP will bring together 36 young scholars from all over Europe with a diversity of interests in W/O psychology and with a desire to pursue a career within this field.
