EuroPsy (or European Certificate in Psychology) is a European standard of education, professional training and competence in psychology set by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA).

In its meeting of May 2022, the Executive Council (EC) of EFPA has discussed the candidates for the vacancy in the European Awarding Committee.
We're happy to announce that Anja Podlesek from Slovenia will be joining the EAC as new member. Anja's 1st term has started in June, 2022. She comes to us with great EuroPsy experience!

Anne Plantade, Chair of French National Awarding Committee, and Éric Pernon, co-chair, presented EuroPsy on June 3, 2022 at the 14th International symposium RIPSYDEVE. The international symposium RIPSYDEVE was organised by the Laboratory of Psychology EPSYLON from the University Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3, France. The congress was about educational psychology: school learning, social and emotional development, executive functions and regulation, inclusion of children and adolescents with disorders or handicap.

EuroPsy presence at ECP2022, Ljubljana
EuroPsy presence at ECP2022, Ljubljana
from 5 to 8 July, psychologists from across Europe will meet in Ljubljana, Slovenia to attend the 17th European Congress of Psychology. The conference will offer connection, conversation, and the opportunity for delegates to share new ideas and knowledge. An array of topics will be presented and debated across the three days, including discussions and presentations regarding the EuroPsy.
There will be two events held on the EuroPsy:
The first will be presented by Dr. Rosaleen McElvaney on Wednesday the 6th of July at 5:30pm to 7pm. Dr. McElvaney, Chair of EuroPsy, will present ‘The Impact of the EuroPsy’ over the past decade.
The second event will be chaired by Professor Conny Antoni on ‘Revising EuroPsy Standards and Competences - Questions to be Answered and Possible Solutions’, this will take place on Thursday the 7th at 5:30pm to 7pm. This is a great opportunity for delegates to contribute their ideas on the current EuroPsy standards, and offer possible ideas for future developments.
