EuroPsy (or European Certificate in Psychology) is a European standard of education, professional training and competence in psychology set by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA).
The workshop Train the Trainers is offered by EFPA to help (S)NACs and to train supervisors in their country.
The workshop aims to describe the context of the EuroPsy certificate and its implications for supervision of psychological practice of professionals applying for the EuroPsy certificate, as well as to analyze how to help supervisees develop supervisory competences and how to help supervisors evaluate these competences in line with the EuroPsy model of competences, through participative reflection exercises focused on supervisory behaviours and competences.
The first part will address the rationale of EuroPsy, the model of competences, the basic and specialized certificate, the challenges for supervision and an overview of the supervision process. The second part will analyze and evaluate the supervisory competences, address the evaluation of supervisees and will analyze real experiences from supervision.
Application is by invitation. Participation is limited to one trainer/country/NAC, plus one trainer for those countries that have a S-NAC one trainer/country/S-NAC. It is up to the (S)NAC to appoint the person that will follow the training.

Dr. José Ramos is a full professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Valencia, Spain and Chair of the EuroPsy National Awarding Committee in Spain.
Annette Kreuz is a Clinical Psychologist and Trainer and Supervisor in Systemic Family Therapy. She is a member of the EuroPsy Specialist European Awarding Committee in Psychotherapy.
Jose Ramos and Annette Kreuz have developed and conducted several workshops on Supervision of professional practice based on the framework of EuroPsy in Spain. They also presented on the topic on the Spanish Congress of Psychology 2015, Spanish Congress of HR Psychology 2016 and European Congress on Work and Organizational Psychology 2015 and 2017.

EAC and SEAC Psychotherapy meetings March 14 2019, Brussels On March 14, the day before the EuroPsy NACs chairs meeting, also the EAC & SEAC PT meetings were held in Brussels.
